Very clean restaurant, the service is impeccable! The complimentary chips and salsa was terrific. I tried their carni Asada salad with a side of qaucamole. Usually most mexican restaurants only serve a taco salad with a tortilla shell bowl. However El Porton put cauliflower chunks and carrots. It's a must try! I like the family style mexican food plates they serve.

The food was quick and the staff was great with our larger group. They moved together some tables and got us seated quickly. The food was autentica! We ate very well with a burrito about the size of my arm. Well done, to all!

Absolutely great. I don't know the name of the manager man, but he was wonderful. He sang happy birthday too our daughter, comped us our dinner and was professional. We will be loyal to this restaurant.

Our favorite Mexican restaurant to eat at in the whole Yakima valley ( could even argue best in the state) great service, very attentive staff that are always there to fill your drinks or bring you more chips and salsa. The carne asada is always cooked to perfection nice and and tender and very flavorful.

Amazing Food & Even Better Hospitality! We drive from Prosser just to eat at El Porton, and every time, it’s 100% worth it. This is hands-down the best authentic Mexican food around delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. We were just there this past Saturday to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and they truly made it so special. The customer service was amazing, they treated us like family from the moment we walked in. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. Our daughter felt celebrated and we left with full hearts (and full stomachs!). If you're looking for incredible food and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel at home, El Porton is the place. We’ll keep making the trip, it never disappoints!

The manager was incredible. He sung happy birthday too our daughter he made sure our meal was hot and our drinks were full. We will be loyal to this restaurant for a very long time. I highly recommend this restaurant for a beautiful and healthy environment.
